Mike Edel - The Country Where I Came From
Last weekend, I was in Bothell, WA. for an Orientation conference. It was great and I learned a lot about how to engage our students better. We also spent a lot of time inside of a car (especially since we were driving between Bothell and Seattle pretty often). Our new assistant manager’s iPod was hooked up most of the time and man, did she have good music.
I picked Mike Edel because my assistant manager informed us that we were missing his concert while we were away. I decided to check him out and I was not disappointed. He’s folky and he has a great voice, only enhanced by the simplistic use of the banjo and acoustic guitar.
Mike Edel comes from rural Alberta but has since relocated to Victoria, BC.
